Originally from Panama City, Panama, Madeline Gregory brings a creative, multicultural perspective to her role as Administrative Director at SOAR Academy Augusta. With over 15 years of management experience, Madeline is deeply committed to SOAR’s mission, having seen firsthand the success her son has achieved as a student here. She is especially passionate about working with the Spanish-speaking families at SOAR Academy, building a strong sense of community and ensuring all families feel supported. A dedicated advocate for educational choice systems, Madeline is particularly focused on creating opportunities for ESL and neurodivergent students. Her work extends beyond the classroom as she actively lobbies at both the state and national levels to promote educational equity and innovation. Madeline is involved in several influential organizations, including VelaCon, the Hispanic Leaders in Education Cohort 2024 with the American Federation for Children, National School Choice Week (NCSW), the National Hybrid School Society, and the New School Models Design Lab Cohorts. Through these partnerships, she collaborates with education reform leaders to create innovative solutions for diverse learners. Madeline’s community engagement includes hosting impactful events like the National School Choice Week Expo in Augusta, Georgia, and the first CSRA Science Homeschool Fair in 2024. She is also committed to expanding non-traditional education models to Latin American countries and families in the CSRA. Supported by the Yass Prize, Georgia CAN, Yes.Every.Kid, and many others in partnership with SOAR Academy, Madeline continues to drive meaningful change in education, advocating for systems that serve the needs of all students and provide equitable access to quality educational opportunities.
